- The sighting is very likely, but it's not guaranteed. Complaints or refunds are not allowed for not seeing dolphins
- The activity may be canceled due to the lack of a minimum number of participants or due to adverse weather conditions. In these cases, another alternative date or a full refund will be offered
- Participants under 18 years old must join the activity accompanied by an adult
